Very responsive, great rates and suggestions and help when I have questions. We use them for auto and home insurance, boat insurance and renters insurance for my college kids. Have been very happy with Jeff and Hammett Insurance for years. A+

We've had our car, home, life, and umbrella coverage insurance with Erie...

We’ve had our car, home, life, and umbrella coverage insurance with Erie through Hammett Insurance for about a decade at this point. We’ve had various claims during this period and the process has always been seamless. Recently a tree(!) fell on my wife’s car while driving on a Sunday. The claim was processed quickly, the rental car process was easy, along with the payment to the body shop. Everyone involved was helpful and very responsive. Insurance claims can feel like a battle sometimes, but with Hammett it’s always felt like Jeff and his team wanted to help and assist, not fight. They do a great job.

I am have been a client for almost a year right now. We are insured with Erie Insurance, and unfortunately, I just had a claim. The agency and Erie Insurance handled the claim quickly and very fairly. I would recommend this agency to anyone!

Jeff is an awesome guy. He is a good friend and business colleague. I use Jeff for all of my policies and fortunately unfortunately he has had to help me out with some claims processes but he was very thorough and patient in his responses and gave me all of the answers I needed. If you have any needs for new insurance policy, please go and visit my man Jeff.

Jeff has been outstanding with every question I have had about my policy. I had an issue and filed an auto claim, Jeff jumped on it ASAP over a weekend. It was seamless and the easiest process you could ask for, highly recommend Hammett Insurance Agency.
