I am not a fan of insurance companies as a whole. I believe in many instances their goal is simply not to pay…to make it as difficult for the insured as possible so that they either accept non-payment or just give up fighting for it. This is not at all the case with Erie. I have had 3 legit claims (including 1 difficult subrigation situation), and my Agent Jeff Hammett was all over it for me. In all instances, I heard back from him same day, and from an Erie adjuster within just a few hours. My claims were all paid within a few days. No hassles what-so-ever. The way it should be! Great job Erie! Great job Jeff Hammett!
