We’ve had our car, home, life, and umbrella coverage insurance with Erie through Hammett Insurance for about a decade at this point. We’ve had various claims during this period and the process has always been seamless. Recently a tree(!) fell on my wife’s car while driving on a Sunday. The claim was processed quickly, the rental car process was easy, along with the payment to the body shop. Everyone involved was helpful and very responsive. Insurance claims can feel like a battle sometimes, but with Hammett it’s always felt like Jeff and his team wanted to help and assist, not fight. They do a great job.
