I thought I was back in time talking to Joy, when Customer Service was common. I could not ask for a more patient, knowledgeable and hard working person. I saw so many people Recommending her; and I knew right away that our needs would be met and explained. Joy explains things in laymen’s terms! Let’s face it. No one likes to shop for insurance. If any one else is like me, you’re happy when it’s done and prefer to not ever have to do it again. But when rates keep going up and up, it’s time to shop around. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Joy by a close friend who had previously worked with her. After a few emails to establish our needs and compare to our current costs, I had new quotes for Auto insurance for 4 cars, Home insurance and a large umbrella policy. All in, at a cost about $3000 less than I had been paying. All it took was a few emails and one phone call and we were done. Joy was always super timely and responsive as we went through the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I couldn’t be happier with the process and recommend her wholeheartedly!
